The reformation of property relations, the privatization and the emergence of new kinds of property, which will favor market relations and new types of doing business, are of great importance in the transition to market relations in Ukraine’s economy.
Privatization of public property (hereinafter - Privatization) is property disposition, which is in public possession, in favor of physical and legal entities aimed at increasing social-economic efficiency of the production and attracting the assets to reconstruct the economy of Ukraine.
Rent is known to imply the disposal of the property/assets for temporary use and possession. Two economic entities are required to implement rent relations – a holder and a renter – the relations are focused on the property object. To use production assets efficiently, the renter is to get the right of possession which is envisaged by the contract. Thus, the rent assumes the delivery of the right of property possession and use to the renter, which results in his economic interest to use the property to his advantage, the holder retains the right of disposal though.
